Candle Care & Safety
Our candles are designed to look beautiful in the home. If you choose to burn them, please follow basic candle safety and care guidance.

Trim the Wick
Always trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. This ensures a clean, even burn and prevents excessive smoking.

Burn Time
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool completely before relighting.

First Burn
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface. This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.

Avoid Drafts
Place your candle away from drafts, vents, and air currents. This helps prevent uneven burning and excessive dripping.

Safety First
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Place on a heat-resistant surface.

Decorative Candles
Our floral and decorative candles are primarily designed as display pieces. If you choose to burn them, remove any dried flowers or decorative elements near the wick first.

- —Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- —Do not place candles near curtains, bedding, or other flammable materials.
- —Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- —Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still liquid.
- —Discontinue use when only 1cm of wax remains at the bottom.
- —If the flame becomes too large or flickers repeatedly, extinguish the candle and trim the wick.
